STEP 13: construct the machine's cover & exhaust system

After finalizing the machine structure, we will construct the machine's cover which will be used to protect the machine, and protect the user from the laser beam that affects the eyes. The cover construction guide is shown in (1), and the cover has a laser shield that prevents the 450~500 nm wavelength of the laser. The cover itself has a built-in exhaust system that will be used to get rid-off the harmful gases and smoke. The constructed cover is shown in (2 & 2.1) and it contains the exhaust fan shown in (3). After constructing the cover, the anti-vibration pads will beplaced under the machine's legs as shown in (4 & 4.1 & 4.2 & 4.3) to prevent the machine from vibrating while engraving/cutting. Then, the engraving plate will be placed inside the machine's frame as shown in (5), so that the engraving material will be placed on it. Finally, the full CNC laser machine setup is shown in (6).
