STEP 10: Connect the wires to the components

After connecting the wires to the controller and placing it at the table, we will connect the wires to their associated components such as: motors, laser head, and limit switches. First, the X-motor wire, Z-motor wire, and the laser head wire will be grouped together inside a wire protector as shown in (1), then connect the three wires to their associated components (X-motor, Z-motor, laser head) as shown in (1.1). Secondly, place the Y1-motor wire inside a wire protector and connect it to Y1-motor as shown in (2 & 2.1), and place the Y2-motor wire inside a wire protector and connect it to Y2-motor as shown in (3 & 3.1). Finally, we will attach the limit switch for X- direction as shown in (4) and the limit switch for Y-direction as shown in (5).
